By providing verbal consent to receive text messages from Fortin Building Systems, Inc., you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions.

Fortin Building Systems, Inc. uses text messaging to communicate work-related and operational information to subcontractors and workers. Messages may include work assignments, project names and jobsite addresses, reporting dates and times, schedule confirmations, schedule changes, cancellations, and other project-related updates. Messages are not sent for marketing or promotional purposes.

Participation is voluntary. Subcontractors and workers opt in verbally during onboarding or when providing their scheduling contact information directly to Fortin Building Systems, Inc. staff. Before consent is collected, the staff member tells the individual: “Fortin Building Systems, Inc. would like to send you work-related text messages regarding job assignments, project locations, reporting times, schedule changes, cancellations, and other operational updates. Message frequency varies based on your work schedule. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe or HELP for assistance.  Our SMS Terms and Conditions and SMS Privacy Policy are available on our website. Do you agree to receive these text messages from Fortin Building Systems, Inc. at the mobile number you provided?” The individual must verbally answer yes before being enrolled. Fortin Building Systems records the individual’s consent in its subcontractor roster. No messages are sent unless affirmative verbal consent has been received. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of employment, subcontracting eligibility, payment, purchasing goods, or receiving services. 

Message frequency varies depending on work schedules, project activity, and schedule changes.

Message and data rates may apply. Charges are determined by your wireless carrier and mobile service plan. Fortin Building Systems, Inc. is not responsible for carrier charges, delays, or undelivered messages.

You may cancel SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, you may receive one confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed.

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Availability may depend on your carrier, device, and service plan.

Fortin Building Systems, Inc. may update these SMS Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any updated version will be posted on this webpage with a revised effective date.
